Introduction

The club website and HowDidiDo (HDID) applications will help you get the most out of your Hale Golf Club membership. Information on club members and social events as well as tools to book tee-times for casual play, enter competitions, record results and track ClubCard transactions are all available to you once you have completed the registration process.

The new version of HDiD was launched on Jan 12th and should be used in place the previous ClubV1 Members Hub and HowDidiDo products from that date.

Note that the updated web version is scheduled to be launched on January 19th.  Until that time you may continue to access the legacy applications via the links at the bottom of the main menu of the club website.

Step 1: HowDidiDo application installation

The new HowDidiDo application is available as an app you can install on your smartphone and/or tablet. When linked to your membership at Hale Golf Club you will be able to:

Once downloaded, just log in using the email address associated with your club registration and then enter the One-Time-Passcode that will be sent to you in response.   The system will then link you to any and all clubs that you are a member of using that email address. (Note that if you are a member of another club which has not pre-purchased the app on your behalf, you will be asked to pay either £2.99 (with ads) or £9.99 (ad-free) to use the app with that club.)

Step 2: Applying for My England Golf Access

To be able to see your WHS playing history you will need access to the My England Golf Access system and the MyEG application.  This is available on the web (see the link at the end of the menu on the club website) and as an app for use on Android or IOS devices.

Please note that you must have consented for your name, e-Mail address and data-of-birth information to be shared with England Golf before being able to obtain a WHS handicap.
